Shipping Policy

Shipping is included in the price of all portraits unless otherwise stated.

After artwork approval, production typically takes a few business days before shipping.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: ~5–10 business days after shipping

  • United States: ~5–10 business days after shipping

  • International: may vary

Tracking information is provided when available.

Pet Lover Print is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days.

Returns & Refund Policy

Because every portrait is custom made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once artwork has been approved and printed.

We provide an approval stage before printing to ensure you are happy with your portrait. Unlimited reasonable refinement requests are included before approval.

Refunds or replacements are offered only if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • There is a printing defect

  • You received the wrong item

Damage claims must be reported within 7 days and include photos of the packaging and product.

If an order is cancelled before artwork work begins, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
